Richard Hawkins - Chairman
With over 25 years experience working with and for the Asset Based Industry, Richard's career history spans all aspects of Risk Management in the sector. He was at the forefront of developing Asset Based Lending techniques in the UK in the 1980s. He is recognised as one of the leading experts in his field and has lectured at international seminars and conferences.

Richard established Atlantic Risk Management Services Limited in 1997, the largest provider of Asset Based Lending Risk Management programmes in Europe. Additionally, Richard has led a number of large turnaround projects and provided advisory support for a variety of restructuring deals.

He has published various articles and is co-author of Asset Based Working Capital Finance (ISBN 0-85297-516-3) published by Financial World Publishing on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. In 2009 Richard was awarded IFG Trainer of the Year.

Jo Bennett-Coles - Managing Director
Jo qualified as a solicitor in 1990. She has extensive experience in restructuring and refinancing and held executive positions in Commercial Enterprises. She joined AtlanticRMS in 2003, initially heading up the Case Management and Work out group before taking the position of MD. Jo holds degree in Law (LLB(Hons)) and is a member of the Law Society and Freeman of the City of London.

Keith Jones - Head of Diligence Services
Keith previously worked as an Inventory Auditor in the retail sector. He joined RBS in 1990 as an ABL Auditor and became responsible for Pre Lending programmes in respect of High Value transactions.

Keith joined Atlantic RMS in 2004 and manages our Diligence Group. He is responsible for maintaining quality, along with developing and delivering our range of diligence and review programmes to our diverse client base in Europe and the USA.

Fiona Cheshire – Senior Case Manager
Fiona started her career with RBS in 1997 as an Auditor. A spell at Abbey National was followed with 2 years as a senior auditor at AtlanticRMS. In 2005 Fiona moved to Australia and into client management at Benchmark in Melbourne where she became State Operations Manager for Victoria. She oversees portfolio and case management projects at AtlanticRMS.

Clare Symons – Senior Case Manager
Clare's career commenced with NatWest Bank in 1990. She progressed to RBS where she has had experience in the client management and diligence sectors. During her career, Clare has gained specialised knowledge of the logistics industry. She originally joined AtlanticRMS within our diligence group and is now involved in Case Management and Workout projects.
